Cancellations / Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return or replace an item, from the date you received it. 

Cancellations and Returns 

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied and taken out of the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please send us the tracking number for your returned item. 

Replacements And Exchanges 

To be eligible for a replacement and exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please send us the tracking number for your returned item. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened and used products, clear coats, pearl packages that were opened, and used spray guns cannot be returned due to the sensitive nature of spray guns. Once you use it, you own it.

Manufacturing Defect Items Or Items Damaged Due To Shipping

We only replace items if they are factory defective or damaged due to shipping. We have a right to inspect the items before sending out a replacement or issuing a refund.
